SRS Advogados advised Vallis, the largest ever private equity transaction in Portugal

SRS Advogados, has advised Vallis Consolidation Strategies on the €90mn sale of Grupo Elevo to Nacala Holdings. This is the largest ever private equity transaction in the construction sector in Portugal.

The SRS Advogados team was led by partner Alexandra Valente with the support of a multi-disciplinary group of lawyers from within SRS.

Established in 2012, Vallis (with the support of SRS Advogados) acquired and restructured the Edifer, Monte Adriano, Hagen and Eusébios construction groups and consolidated them into Grupo Elevo.
