SRS Advogados advises Book in Loop

SRS Advogados has advised "Book in Loop" on the negotiation of an investment agreement with the social welfare venture capital fund Fundo Bem Comum.

The team was led by Paulo Bandeira, Partner in the  Commercial & Corporate department and head of the Startup team at SRS Advogados. "Book in Loop is a Portuguese startup that represents the perfect interconnection between the digital economy and a social project. This project has had a tremendous impact on families with children of school age,  and being linked to an innovative project that allows families to save is a source of pride", stated Paulo Bandeira.

Book in Loop is a spin-off from Coimbra University, incubated at IPN - Instituto Pedro Nunes, and is led by three young entrepreneurs with early-stage investment from Portuguese Business Angels, and is dedicated to bringing to the educational market solutions using tools provided by the sharing-economy with the goal of reducing families' expenditure on textbooks by up to 80%.
