SRS Advogados advises US tech company Velocidi

SRS Advogados has advised Velocidi (specialist in private customer data platforms) on the acquisition of Shiftforward, a Portuguese company specializing in private marketing technology.

The SRS team was led by Partner William Smithson, supported by Francisco Caetano (Managing Associate) and Maria de Lancastre Valente (Partner), as well as by Neuza Pereira de Campos (Managing Associate) and José Pedroso de Melo (Managing Associate).
