SRS Advogados advises Vinci Energies on the acquisition of Novabase IMS

SRS Advogados advised Vinci Energies on the acquisition of Novabase IMS, the leading Portuguese firm within the Infrastructures & Managed Services (IMS) industry.

SRS Advogados advised Vinci Energies on the purchase of the IMS business of the Novabase Group. The transaction was finalised on 5 January and involved the acquisition of 3 trading companies from the Novabase Group by Vinci Energies.

The multidisciplinary team was led by Octávio Castelo Paulo (Partner Head of M&A Department) and comprised Maria Paula Milheirão (Managing Associate), Raquel Cuba Martins (Managing Associate) and Nuno Brito Lopes (Consultant), all of whom were involved in different stages of the negotiations and the preparation of contracts relating to the transaction.
