João Paulo Mioludo participates in debate on 10 years of the Intellectual Property Court
João Paulo Mioludo was one of the speakers in the debate Os 10 anos do Tribunal da Propriedade Intelectual ("The 10 years of the Intellectual Property Court" if translated to English), promoted by ICC Portugal, which took place on the 8th of November.
The debate in which the Partner of SRS Legal participated also counted with the participation of Helena Bolieiro (Judge, Coimbra Court of Appeal) and Ana Pessoa (Judge, Lisbon Court of Appeal), and was moderated by Miguel Carretas (General Manager, Audiogest).
This debate is part of Module I (Civil Procedure) of the II Intellectual Property Procedural and Procedural Law Course (in Portuguese) organized by ICC, which aims to provide a practical analysis of Intellectual Property from
a procedural and procedural point of view, for legal practitioners. The course started in September 2022 and will run until March 2023, featuring nine modules, followed by a seminar. It works in a virtual format, with some modules taking place in a hybrid format (face-to-face participation and the possibility of remote participation).
