Mélanie Pereira and Ariana Caravela Maravilha join SRS Legal's Tax Department

SRS Legal has strengthened its Tax Law Department with the hiring of Mélanie Pereira as an Of Counsel and Ariana Caravela Maravilha as an Associate.

These new hires aim to consolidate SRS Legal's ability to respond to the increasingly demanding challenges of our clients, ensuring close, specialised, and sector-oriented support for the most relevant sectors of the economy.
Mélanie Pereira has extensive experience in transactions, including business restructurings, real estate operations, and international tax law. In her activity, she has also focused on issues related to Private Wealth. She joins from KPMG, having also collaborated with a renowned law firm.

Ariana Caravela Maravilha has developed her professional activity in the area of Tax Law, with a special focus on tax litigation, handling highly complex issues in key sectors of the economy. She joins from Deloitte Legal.
