Octávio Castelo Paulo named "Lawyer of the Year" in Telecommunications Law by Best Lawyers

Octávio Castelo Paulo, partner at SRS Advogados, was named the Best Lawyers' 2015 Lisbon Telecommunications Law "Lawyer of the Year."
