Paula Ferreira Borges participated in the 7th Darefy Web-Talk "Management Teams: Diversity + Agility = Effectiveness", at November 29.

The SRS Legal managing Director was part of a panel who debated - online - on the present and future of management teams, where diversity (profiles, skills, generations, gender, cultural background) and agility (strategic thinking, scenario analysis, execution culture, collaboration) are essential “ingredients”.

Besides Paula Ferreira Borges, this panel was also composed by Sara Silva, Human Relations Director at L'Oréal Portugal; Aad van Vliet, Founding Partner and Global Lead of Avvartes; and Pedro Nazareth, Chief Executive Officer at Electrão.
