Paulo Bandeira participa como orador na 5.ª Conferência de Startups da International Bar Association

Paulo Bandeira, partner at SRS Advogados, participated - at September 28 - as a speaker at the 5th European Startups Conference of the International Bar Association, in Dublin, Ireland.
The panel in which Paulo Bandeira participated was dedicated to the topic "Lawyers as angel investors" and was composed by leading lawyers who are also active angel investors. They shared their practical experiences for the benefit of those interested in being an angel investor. The issues debated included:
• Do lawyers make good angel investors?
• How to go about sourcing, investing and managing the investments?
• Ethical issues – should lawyers invest in their clients, or their clients’ competitors?

The panel was chaired by Guy Harles (Arendt & Medernach, Luxembourg City; Member, Advisory Board, IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee) and - in addition to Paulo Bandeira - comprised Christian Hoenig (Wolf Theiss, Vienna), Angus Miln (Taylor Wessing, London) and Keith O'Donnell (Atoz, Luxembourg City).
