Paulo de Sá e Cunha spoke at the 2026 Young Lawyers Summer Meeting

Paulo de Sá e Cunha spoke at the 2026 Young Lawyers Summer Meeting, an annual event organised by the Évora and Faro Regional Councils of the Portuguese Bar Association, which took place in Évora on 10 and 11 July.

The head of the Criminal and Sanctions Law Department at SRS Legal took part in the round-table discussion on the theme ‘Amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure and the rights of the defence’, alongside Rui Costa Pereira (MFA Legal), Rui Patrício (MLGTS&A), Rui Silva Leal (Solicitor) and was moderated by journalist Rita Marrafa de Carvalho (RTP).

This event brought together solicitors, trainee solicitors and experts to reflect on some of the most topical issues facing the profession and the justice system, over two days of knowledge-sharing, reflection and debate.
