SRS Legal is pleased to announce the hiring of Rafaela Oliveira as an Associate for its new Department of Criminal and Sanctions Law.
With extensive experience in legal advisory and a Degree in Law by the University of Coimbra School of Law, Rafaela Oliveira has developed her expertise in the areas of Criminal Law, Regulatory Law, and Compliance. Between April and September 2023, as part of a secondment programme, she joined the legal department of Hospital Divino Espírito de Santo in Ponta Delgada. She began her career at Sousa Machado, Ferreira da Costa & Associados, and later joined Abreu Advogados, from where she now transitions.
She holds a diverse range of complementary qualifications, including the Administrative Offences Law Course from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and the Milestones of EU Criminal Law for Defence Lawyers programme from the Academy of European Law in Barcelona.
