Regina Santos Pereira discusses issues on the debate of tenancy

Regina Santos Pereira, Partner at SRS Advogados, will be discussing the prevention and resolution of disputes between landlords and tenants this coming Monday 17 October in Lisbon and then on Tuesday 19 November in Oporto.

What are the most important things to take into account when entering into a rental contract? How can rent be updated? How should one deal with major works to a property? These are a few of the issues which will be examined in these two training workshops. The primary objective is to provide the necessary tools so that legal guidelines are respected, future disputes are avoided and assets provide the greatest possible return.

Regina Santos Pereira has spoken in numerous seminars on tenancy law and is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Law in Lisbon's Nova University, and was legal consultant and lawyer for the Lisbon Association of Property Owners from 1993 to 2015.
