Regina Santos Pereira is a speaker at the conferences on Urban Leasing

Regina Satnos Pereira, Partner at SRS Advogados, will offer four lectures on the latest changes to the Framework for Urban Leases in Elvas, Évora, Santarém and Setúbal. The event is organized by the Regional Board of the Portuguese Bar Association in Évora.

With the aim of consolidating expertise on the new framework for the update of rents and transition to the NRA, and bearing in mind the successive changes to the Law, the specialist in Property Law will offer a series of four lecture. The fist will take place on September 15^th, in Santarém, from 17.30 to 19.00, at the headquarters of the Regional Board of the Portuguese Bar Association. The following talks are set to take place in Setúbal (October 13^th), Évora (November 24^th) and Elvas (December 14^th).

Regina Santos Pereira is a lawyer and Partner at SRS Advogados. She has practiced in areas of Real Estate and Litigation. She is the author of “110 Perguntas e Respostas da Lei das Rendas”, a new edition of which will be released in September. She is also the author of “Arrendamento Urbano (NRAU)”, 2014 (already in its 3^rd edition). She is an instructor and lecturer in Real Estate and Civil Procedural Law, and the author of numerous articles in these fields.
