Regina was a speaker at the International Congress on Presidential Law

The conference was organised by the Institute of Social Security Lawyers, the first institute for the defence of social security law in Brazil, which enabled a comparison between Portuguese and Brazilian law.

In her speech, Regina Santos Pereira, partner at SRS Legal and trainer at the Lisbon Regional Council of the Bar Association, addressed the topic of the Common Declaratory Procedure.
