Rita Lynce de Faria to launch book 'Precautionary Preliminary Injunctions in Portuguese Civil Procedure'

Rita Lynce de Faria to launch book 'Precautionary Preliminary Injunctions in Portuguese Civil Procedure'

Rita Lynce de Faria, Consultant at SRS Advogados, will launch her book, 'Precautionary Preliminary Injunctions in Portuguese Civil Procedure', at 6pm on 26 January at the Exhibition Hall at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa de Lisboa. 

The work has been published by the Universidade Catolica Portuguesa de Lisboa Press in partnership with the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law, and includes contributions from Counsellors of the Portuguese Supreme Court of Justice, Carlos Lopes do Rego and Maria dos Prazeres Beleza.

The book launch will be followed by a debate on the subject of 'Anticipatory Injunctions and the Reversal of Litigation', which will include the participation of José Carlos Soares Machado, head of the Litigation Department at SRS Advogados.

The event will take place from 6pm on 26 January at the Exhibition Hall of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa de Lisboa.
