SRS Advogados advises Automaise on investment round

SRS Advogados advised Automaise on a €1 million seed investment round led by HCapital and with the participation of current investors Bright Pixel and Armilar Venture Partners. Automaise is a portuguesestartup that has developed a low-code platform based on cloud that enables the building of automation solutions with artificial intelligence (AI).

This capital injection is aimed at expanding the business in Europe and the United States and strengthening the team. This is already the second investment round raised by this startup in less than two years. Automaise has already implemented its technology in companies such as Altice, CTT, Leroy Merlin, Continente Online and Caravela Seguros.

The SRS Advogados legal team that advised Automaise was led by partner Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira with the participation of associate Solange Fernandes.
