SRS Advogados advises ENI on offering of shares in Galp Energia with value of €325 Million

SRS Advogados advises Eni on an accelerated bookbuilding offering of shares corresponding to 4% of the share capital of Galp Energia with an approximate value of €325 million.

The transaction involved the sale of more than 33 million shares corresponding to approximately 4% of the share capital of Galp Energia through an accelerated bookbuilding offering to qualified investors. The completion of this transaction generated financial proceeds of approximately €325 million and concluded the process of sale of the shareholding of 33.34% held in Galp Energia initiated in 2012 for a total price of €3,283 million.
