SRS Advogados advises Ikea Portugal on acquisition of Pisco wind farm

SRS Advogados advises Ikea Portugal - Móveis e Decoração, Lda. on the acquisition of the Pisco Wind Farm. The transaction was completed at the end of February.

The pluridisciplinary team was coordinated by Octávio Castelo Paulo (Partner in charge of the SRS Department of Commercial Law and M&A) and included Maria Paula Milheirão (Managing Associate), Raquel Cuba Martins (Managing Associate) and Inês Maltez Fernandes (Associate Lawyer), who were involved in the different stages of the transaction, namely in carrying out legal due diligence and negotiating and preparing the various contracts related to the acquisition.
