SRS Advogados advises Lisbon Port in the contest for the Marina de Pedrouços

SRS Advogados has advised the administration of the Port of Lisbon (APL) in preparation of the contest for the Marina de Pedrouços, launched this week by the Minister of the Sea.

The Marina de Pedrouços, an investment of over 30 million euros, is one of the integrated hubs in a broader project of 'Ocean Campus Portugal', an urban reconversion project of the riverside area between Pedrouços and Cruz Quebrada. Taken from scientific research of business development of the blue economy, the project "foresees a total investment of around 300 million euros (public and private), for a total area of 64 hectares", to be dedicated specially to the sea.
