SRS Advogados advises on investment round in 360 Imprimir

SRS Advogados advised on €18 million investment round in 360imprimir, a Portuguese startup in the printing industry.

The team at SRS Advogados was coordinated by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner, Private Equity & Venture Capital) and Paulo Bandeira (Partner, Startups) and responsible for drafting and negotiating the transaction agreements of this investment round led by LeadX Capital, the venture capital division of the multinational retailer group Metro AG.

The investment in the amount of €18 million, one of the largest series B investment rounds ever achieved by a Portuguese startup, will provide the necessary funding to the international expansion of the company into new markets, the increase of product lines and the technological development.

360imprimir is an online printer and marketplace which allows the aggregation of customized orders from various customers through software and human intervention in order to optimize production, costs and price.
