SRS Advogados advises Pathena on investment in HUUB

SRS Advogados advised Pathena, a Portuguese venture capital fund, on an investment round in HUUB, a Portuguese startup which operates logistics for the fashion industry.

The team at SRS Advogados was coordinated by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner, Private Equity & Venture Capital) and Francisco Martins Caetano (Senior Associate). The team included several lawyers from various departments of SRS Advogados, who were involved in the different stages of due diligenceand drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements.

The investment in the amount of €2.5 million will provide the necessary funding to the technological development and international expansion of the company.

HUUB was founded in 2015 and is a technological logistics platform which allows the management of the entire supply chain of brands which operate in the fashion market on a worldwide scale and provides support to all sales channels, namely e-commerce, physical stores, marketplaces and retailers all around the world.
