SRS Advogados names three new partners

SRS Advogados has appointed three new partners. Ana Méneres (Life Sciences), Carla Neves Matias (Litigation and Arbitration) and Ivone Rocha (Public Law, Environment and Energy) bring the number of partners to 20, out of a total of one hundred employees at the firm. The appointment of these three partners represents another step forward in the firm's strategy for growth.

"These promotions reinforce the Firm's growth strategy and reflect the technical and human skills and professional merit of these lawyers. It reaffirms the policy of gender equality which has always been embedded in the culture of SRS Advogados, where 65% of staff and 40% of Partners are women,' highlighted Pedro Rebelo de Sousa, the Founding Partner of SRS Advogados.

The appointments follow the promotion of João Maricoto Monteiro, Managing Associate of the Tax Law Department, who became a partner in February 2015.
