SRS Advogados ranked first by Media Law International

SRS Advogados was again ranked the top law firm in 2015 by Media Law International, following the same acclamation as last year.

The international publication emphasised the 'rigor and professionalism' of the TMT team within SRS Advogados. "The firm stands as one of the country's most prominent, with a focus on copyright relating to cable distribution. Lawyers advised NOS on government implemented financial contributions by pay-television and video-on-demand operators. Successful case conclusion followed with the creation of lower contribution rates. In other work, head of department Octávio Castelo Paulo advised Marktest on regulation and competition law connected to the provision of television audience measurement", the publication adds.
