SRS Commercial Law Department reinforced with the recruitment of Nuno de Brito Lopes

Nuno de Brito Lopes has joined the SRS Advogados team of Counsels, reinforcing the Department of Commercial and Corporate Law.

Nuno de Brito Lopes qualified at the University of Lisbon's Law Faculty and has a Post-Graduate degree in Transferable Securities Law (from the same university).

He comes from PBBR, having been a lawyer and partner at PLMJ, from 1991 to 2012. He has also given lectures on "Mergers & Takeovers" and on "International Commercial Law" as part of post-graduate courses on "International Management & Marketing" at the INDEG/ISCTE, and was Assistant Professor for "Community Law I" at the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.

The team at SRS Advogados's Department of Commercial and Corporate Law, which is led by Partner Octávio Castelo Paulo currently includes 12 lawyers. "I am very pleased with Dr. Nuno Brito Lopes's integration into the office, due to his personal and professional qualities. His addition to the team is going to be a huge asset for the Company and comes following the enormous growth in the work recorded at our department," stressed the head of the department.
