Yesterday marked the end of the first edition of the training programme “SRS | Leading the Future”, developed in collaboration with CATÓLICA-LISBON | Business & Economics.

For almost two months, Senior Associates, Coordinating Associates, Partners and Directors participated in an immersive experience that combined technical excellence with the development of cross-cutting skills – essential for leading teams, managing client relationships and responding to the challenges of the legal and business world.

This programme was designed in line with our strategic plan and aimed to reinforce a culture of high performance, preparing our leaders for the future of law.
