SRS Legal advises Addlife on the acquisition of Unicam Sistemas Analíticos (with Alexandra Valente, Miguel Pereira Bonifácio and Clara Andrade Coelho)

SRS Legal advised AddLife on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Unicam Sistemas Analíticos, a Portuguese company specialised in the distribution of advanced analytical laboratory equipment.

The SRS Legal team involved in the transaction was led by Alexandra Valente, Partner responsible for the Corporate & Finance Department, with the participation of Managing Associate Miguel Pereira Bonifácio and Associate Clara Andrade Coelho.

The transaction, completed on 08 September 2026, strengthens AddLife’s presence in the Portuguese market and its position in the advanced laboratory technology sector, with Unicam becoming part of the Group’s Labtech business area.

Operating since 1991, Unicam has around 20 employees and annual revenues of approximately €10 million. The company supplies equipment and consumables and provides technical support, services and training in the fields of chromatography, spectrometry and microwave technology, serving universities, research institutions and companies across a range of industrial sectors.

AddLife is a Swedish group with a presence across the European market, comprising approximately 85 operating companies and 2,300 employees. Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, the Group provides products, services and solutions for, among other areas, healthcare, research and laboratory technology.
