SRS Legal advises Ethiack on 4M€ funding round led by Explorer

SRS Legal advised Ethiack on a four-million-euro funding round, led by Explorer.

Ethiack is a Portuguese technology startup, based in Coimbra, dedicated to cybersecurity. Explorer, for its part, is one of the leading venture capital entities in Europe.

With this investment, Ethiack intends to revolutionize the market with the launch of hackbots based on artificial intelligence, an innovative technology that aims to strengthen cybersecurity and empower organizations to face the challenges of a constantly evolving digital landscape.

The operation was advised by the SRS Legal team, led by Paulo Bandeira and Solange Fernandes, respectively Partner and Associate in the Corporate & Finance Department.
