SRS Legal advises Gyrus Capital's acquisition of KSR Group

SRS Legal has advised Gyrus Capital, a leading Swiss private equity fund manager, on the acquisition of the worldwide business of the KSR Group (including the Portuguese subsidiary KSR S.A.), and the Xcability Group (including the Portuguese subsidiary Xcability S.A,). KSR and Xcability are leading international IT services and consulting groups, both headquartered in Portugal.

Gyrus is a Swiss investment firm dedicated to transformational investments in industries that address structural needs of society and the environment and that are positioned for long term sustainable growth.

SRS Legal supported Gyrus with legal due diligence services on the Portuguese companies and all remaining subsidiaries of the KSR Group located in Mexico, Chile, Germany, China, Brazil, USA, and advising on the negotiation of the various transaction agreements and documents inter alia shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, asset transfer agreement and reinvestment agreements.
