SRS Legal advises Miranza on the acquisition of two clinics in Portugal.

The Corporate & Finance team at SRS Legal - led by Partner Alexandra Valente and including Lawyers Andreia Rodrigues Lopes and Gonçalo Mimoso - advised the Spanish group Miranza on the acquisition of two ophthalmology clinics in Portugal.

This group has more than 40 centres in Spain, Andorra and Portugal.
