SRS Legal advised on the entry of two new investors into the share capital of SFP – Sustainable Food Products, Lda. (commercially known as Corial Foods), a Portuguese company headquartered in Esposende and specialised in sustainable food solutions.
Futurum Tech – Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado and Mikash Holding GmbH have joined the company’s shareholder structure following the conversion of previously subscribed investment instruments.
The legal advisory work provided by SRS Legal was led by Nuno Miguel Prata (Partner, Corporate & Finance) and Gonçalo Mimoso (Associate, Corporate & Finance).
“This transaction reflects the growing interest of both national and international investors in Portuguese business projects with a strong innovation and sustainability component. SRS Legal has been closely involved in this type of transaction, supporting clients in the structuring and execution of strategic investments,” said Nuno Miguel Prata.
The investment is aligned with Corial Foods’ growth and consolidation strategy, strengthening its ability to develop within a sector undergoing increasing transformation towards innovative and sustainable food solutions, while also reinforcing the solidity of its shareholder structure.
