SRS Legal and Systemic in joint session on Greenwashing at APFIPP

On 10 April, SRS Legal and Systemic organised a joint session at the headquarters of the Portuguese Association of Investment Funds, Pensions and Assets, dedicated to analysing the legal implications of ESG regulations in the asset management sector.

This session centred on issues that are particularly relevant to the sector, such as greenwashing, due diligence and the Omnibus proposal on simplifying the current ESG legal regime.

The panel of speakers included several participants from SRS Legal - Carlos Costa Pina and Maria Paula Milheirão (Partners), Daniel Macedo Ferreira (Associate), João Fontes Vaz and José Cabrita (Trainees) - and Pedro Wilton, Director of Systemic.
