SRS Legal attends GRUPPO INVECO's 30th anniversary

José Carlos Soares Machado and Francisco Castro Guedes attended a dinner in Perugia (Italy) that brought together more than 200 guests from GRUPPO INVECO, one of Italy's largest business groups, linked to the factory construction industry.

On this occasion, its founder and current chairman, Fernando Barbetti, gave a brief history of the group's creation and development, highlighting the importance of the contribution of all those present to its success.

SRS LEGAL has provided legal support since 2017, with two major disputes being particularly noteworthy: an international arbitration case relating to a manufacturing plant in Valença do Minho, and a related tax arbitration case, both of which have been concluded with a favourable outcome, accompanied by the Litigation and Arbitration and Tax Law departments.
