SRS Legal leads Venture Capital transactions in Portugal in the first half of 2025

Between January and July 2025, SRS Legal led the main Venture Capital operations in Portugal by total value, around €134 million in a total of 14 transactions, according to TTR Data.

Paulo Bandeira was the second most active dealmaker during this period in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Asset Acquisitions, with 12 in total (and around €101 million in value). Solange Fernandes also ranks second in the number of transactions by rising star dealmakers in these areas, with 10 in total (and around €61 million in value).
