This category highlights initiatives and leadership that stand out in promoting diversity and inclusion, namely through ongoing mentorship programmes, the development of inclusive internal policies and pro bono projects with social impact.

This nomination reflects SRS Legal’s commitment to fostering an organisational culture grounded in equal opportunities, people development and the creation of a more diverse, inclusive and sustainable professional environment.

The Chambers Europe Awards annually recognise law firms and lawyers that stand out for their technical excellence and contribution to the development of the European legal market, including strategic areas such as diversity and social responsibility.
