SRS Legal Shots: Digital Transformation of Justice

The Dispute Resolution Department at SRS Legal analyses the entry into force of Ordinance No. 350-A/2025, of 9 October, which regulates the electronic processing of judicial, administrative and tax proceedings, as well as the services of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

This amendment, which is part of the PRR and the Government Programme, is based on the ‘digital by default’ principle and aims to strengthen the modernisation and efficiency of judicial information systems.
