Susana Gonçalves is the new Director of People and Culture at SRS Legal

SRS Legal announces the integration of Susana Gonçalves as Director of its People and Culture Department, reinforcing the firm's commitment to strategic talent management and organisational development.

With a well-established career in Human Resources, Susana Gonçalves brings comprehensive experience and an innovative approach to people management.

Previously, she was Human Resources Director at other top law firms, where she led initiatives in the areas of talent management, recruitment, training and career development. Distinguished by the implementation of strategic people management programmes, she has a strong focus on organisational development and the creation of dynamic and inclusive working environments.

With a degree in Human Resources Management, Susana Gonçalves complemented her academic training with a Postgraduate Diploma in People and Talent Management and an Executive master’s degree in leadership, both from Nova SBE.
