Portuguese CMVM Circular no. 001/2023 (the "Circular") on the disclosure duties regarding sustainability in the management of Undertakings for Collective Investment ("UCI") was published on 9 February 2023. This Circular is the result of a supervisory action, carried out by CMVM in the last quarter of 2022, aiming to assess the level of adaptation to the disclosure requirements to investors on sustainability, which focused especially on the management entities of UCIs and undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities ("UCITS") and undertakings for alternative investment in transferable securities ("AUCITS").
