More Housing Program Chapter I - Promotion of Residential Lease

After many months of anticipation and discussion (both by the public and by the various national sovereign bodies), Law no. 56/2023, commonly referred to as the "More Housing Package", was published on 06.10.2023.

The aforementioned Law no. 65/2023 (the "More Housing Program") establishes various measures with the central aim of guaranteeing more housing, reflected in the amendment of a considerable number of legal provisions.
