Decree-Law No. 112/2025, of 23 October, introduced the fifteenth amendment to the Public Contracts Code (CCP), approved as an annex to Decree-Law No. 18/2008, of 29 January, and the third amendment to Law No. 30/2021, of 21 May, which approves special public procurement measures.
