SRS and Morais Leitão advise on the sale of EuroBic's capital

On Wednesday 15th November, the Galician bank signed two promissory purchase and sale agreements: one with the group of shareholders led by Fernando Teles that owns 57.5% of EuroBic. This contract, signed in Lisbon, was advised by the law firm led by Pedro Rebelo de Sousa.
Abanca, in turn, was advised by the Morais Leitão team, led by Eduardo Paulino.
Abanca announced this week that it was buying 100 per cent of EuroBic, including Isabel dos Santos' stake.
