"Paulo Sá e Cunha joined SRS Legal over a year ago as a consultant, where he is part of the team responsible for the new Criminal and Regulatory Law practice. He has agreed to advise the former CEO of TAP, Christine Ourmiéres-Widener, on criminal litigation matters. He is also acting as counsel for Morais Leitão partner João Tiago Silveira in the Operation Influencer case.
He has also acted as counsel for Judge Fátima Galantes in Manuel Maria Carrilho’s Operation Lex case, in the domestic violence case involving Manuel Abrantes in the Casa Pia proceedings, for Vítor Raposo, in the Homeland case, which also involved Duarte Lima I and Sofia Fava, Sócrates’ ex-wife, in Operation Marquês, for former EDP director Pedro Resende, in the CMEC case, and for Sporting in the E-toupeira case.
Before joining SRS Legal, he was a partner at Cuatrecasas for 16 years and a consultant at Abreu Advogados since 2023.
His career also includes institutional experience, having served as legal director of SUCH, chief of staff in the health sector and president of the Criminal Law Forum."
