«José Luís Moreira da Silva, Partner at SRS Legal, stated that the decree of the Assembly of the Republic which approved alterations to the Law on Professional Professional Public Associations left this question open, which still needs to be regulated for each of the Professional Associations, which will review of the respective statutes.
For example, only the general rule of 12 months and paid internships. "But it was left to each Order to justify exceptions. A legislative process must be followed of revision of each of the Order's Statutes to provide for the specific  regime. In other words, the regime for each Order still needs to be regulated.
