Managing Associate in the Public Law Department at SRS, with over 10 years of experience. João is the author of several monographs (including ‘Comentários sobre Contratação Pública’ [Comments on Public Procurement], Almedina, 2022) and scientific articles published in the field of public procurement, and is a qualified trainer with a Certificate of Teaching Competence.
João collaborates with the Centre for Public Law and Regulation Studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Recognised by Best Lawyers since 2023 in the category Ones to Watch – Administrative Law. In 2022, João won the Iberian Lawyer award in the category Forty under 40, Lawyer of the Year – Public Law.
