Partner in the Dispute Resolution Department, Carla Neves Matias has extensive experience in representing domestic and international clients in complex court and arbitration proceedings, arising from distribution contracts and agency, disputes related to corporate relations, insurance, as well as contractual and non-contractual liability.
With over 20 years of experience, Carla advises extensively on financial restructuring processes, whether in or out of court. She also has considerable experience in monitoring criminal proceedings relating to economic offenses.
