Partner at SRS Legal in the Projects Department. PhD in European Financial Law and University Lecturer.
A diverse professional background spanning legal practice, both in the public and private sectors, and academia, with a particular focus on the financial, energy and regulatory sectors. Has advised on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, corporate restructurings and M&A deals, including ESG, audit, risk and compliance projects.
Awarded a PhD in Law by the Portuguese Catholic University (2025), with a doctoral thesis entitled Banking Union and the Stability Paradigm – Financial Crisis and Regulation. Author of several published academic works. Also collaborates with a number of universities in his areas of expertise. Serves as Chair of the Board of Fórum Oceano – Portuguese Maritime Economy Association.
