Partner of the Dispute Resolution Department and Coordinator Partner of the area of practice of Credit Recovery, Natália Garcia Alves is an expert in civil, commercial and banking litigation.
With over 20 years of experience, shes provides legal advice to credit institutions, investors and international funds, leasing companies, long term rental companies and other services providers as well as legal advice in M&A operations, within the framework of the assignment of credit portfolios (NPL and NPE), in particular through the analysis of contracts and pending cases, associated contingencies and support to the investor's decision.
She has been a speaker at several conferences and other forums and has published articles in specialized publications.
