Partner in the Corporate & Finance department, Paulo Bandeira has over 25 years of experience advising companies on daily corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on corporate governance matters, advising mainly on-board structuring and directors’ duties and liabilities.
Head of the Startups team, Paulo has advised a wide range of technological and biotechnological startups, Business Angels and Venture Capitals on investments, as well as incubators and acceleration programs.
In 2018, Paulo Bandeira was responsible for the creation of STARTUP LAB by SRS, the first startup accelerator developed by a Portuguese law firm. www.startuplab.pt
