Partner in the Dispute Resolution Department, Regina Santos Pereira is an expert on procedural civil law and has extensive experience defining proceedings strategy. She also has extensive real estate experience, in particular on rental issues.
With over 25 years of experience, Regina is recognised as a leading litigator, particularly in the context of evictions, and has been involved in numerous headline cases, including appeals to the highest Courts.
