SRS Advogados' "Bureau Francophone" results from both the importance of the economic relations between France and Portugal and the need to offer legal assistance to the various players in the commercial relations between both countries.
The Portuguese Government's recent implementation of tax measures resulted in a regular increase in the number of French speaking nationals who work and/or reside in Portugal.
Furthermore a renewed interest in real estate investment in Portugal is felt on behalf of individuals and companies with head offices, located in French speaking countries - France, Switzerland, Belgium or Luxemburg.
"Bureau Francophone" is comprised of bilingual lawyers with an academic background and professional experience in several French speaking countries and who benefit from close connections with lawyers and other professionals in the legal field in those countries. BF is therefore able to offer a wide range of legal services which meet the needs of its French speaking clients in Portugal along with those of its Portuguese clients in French speaking countries.
