José Carlos Soares Machado lectures as part of the Braga Bar Association's course on "Urban Leasehold"

On 23 October 2023, José Carlos Soares Machado taught online, as part of a course on "Urban Leasing", organised by the Braga by the Braga Bar Association. The lesson in question, No. 11 of this course, focussed on the topic of "Extraordinary updating of the rent and cancellation of the contract".
In addition to SRS Legal's Partner, this course has the participation of various relevant figures on the subject, such as Professors António Menezes Cordeiro, Pedro Romano Artinez and Miguel Pestana de Vasconcelos, Judge Dr Albertina Pedroso and Counsellor Dr Maria dos Prazeres Beleza.
